Social Anxiety is a relatively common disorder which is characterised by intense fear or worry about interacting with other people, giving speeches, feeling like others are watching/judging you.
Phobias are intense fears or worries about one thing (or type of thing!) that cause problems in everyday life. This can include germs, blood, needles, animals, bridges, and many more!
Panic attacks are episodes of intense fear and dread. They are characterised by a feeling that you are about to die, and often include racing heart, shortness of breath, sweating, and pain.
